Welcome to Springs Kettlebells
Hi there! My name is Beth Burns and Springs Kettlebells is my in-home training studio!
I started Springs Kettlebells after realizing I didn’t enjoy the gym scene anymore and was bored with the typical weight routine. Now I use a combination of functional training techniques. Workouts based on bodyweight exercises, kettlebell drills, and Z-Health mobility training promise to benefit every kind of client: young or old, male or female, elite athlete or fitness rookie. No matter what your past background or future goals happen to be, I promise to provide an experience unlike anything you’ve had before.
