*NEW* Bodyweight Complex
Today, I’m sharing a new bodyweight complex I put together. A complex is when you take 3-8 exercises and put them back-to-back without rest. This one is awesome because you don’t need any equipment and you’ll get some strength training and conditioning in a short amount of time.
Start with 5 minutes of warming up. Animal movements, joint mobility, dancing…whatever you like to do to get warm is fine!

He he. What I was trying to say at the end there is that you should be feeling it in your side that is nearest to the ground. 🙂
**Depending on your fitness level, repeat 2-4 times!**
Cool down for 5 minutes with foam rolling and/or stretching any tight muscles. Enjoy!
