My aim is to make health and fitness fun, enjoyable, and sustainable, so that you can live and enjoy life to the fullest!

This coaching group is for anyone looking for sustainable results. Instead of extreme diets, hours of cardio, & strict meal plans, we’re gonna try something new: moderation & balance. I’ll help you create a plan that fits into your lifestyle instead of the other way around – a plan that will enhance your life, not burden it.

What You Get:

  • Effective & Efficient Workouts

Your time is precious. There’s just no need to spend hours in the gym anymore. Whether you already have a gym membership or simply want to workout at home, you will have the option of kettlebell or dumbbell & body weight workouts. At-home exercisers will need to obtain a pair (or 2) of dumbbells.

  • Nutrition Navigation

Meal plans full of chicken, broccoli, and rice are for the birds. For the majority of us, they’re neither sustainable nor enjoyable. I’ll help you find the right nutritional game plan for achieving your fitness goals.

  • Weekly Emails for Motivation & Inspiration

Throughout the month, I’ll be sharing some of my fave fat loss recipes, workout tips, and mindset strategies.

  • 1 Monthly 30-Minute Phone Call with Me

This will give us an opportunity to individualize your plan and troubleshoot any specific issues or questions you might have.

  • Community via a Private Facebook Group

A solid support system is SO important. We weren’t meant to go it alone. We were meant for community! This group will be your fitness community, providing daily interaction with me and other like-minded individuals for that extra motivation, inspiration, and accountability!

My job as your coach is to improve your mindset, your body, and your lifestyle by taking a different approach to health & fitness. Improving the quality & efficiency of a healthy lifestyle may not be a quick fix, but it certainly doesn’t need to be as hard as we so often make it.

If you’re committed to making a lasting change then I will provide you with the tools to achieve it: effortless nutrition and enjoyable workouts that will enhance the rest of your life!
