The holiday season is one of my favorite times of year! However, far too often for me, they were riddled with too much indulging, which led to feeling bloated, uncomfortable, & guilty, and then stressing out over the fact that my clothes weren’t fitting as comfortably as usual. I think it’s safe to say we’ve all been there.

Despite all of that, I’m tired of seeing all of those holiday nutrition challenges where people deprive themselves all the way up until Thanksgiving and then spend the next several weeks undoing everything they just did. So I have put together an awesome holiday tool kit so that you don’t just survive – but truly thrive – this holiday season!

What You Get:

  • Fun & efficient workouts

No need to worry about what to do! For the next 8 weeks, your workouts will be programmed by me. Whether you have a gym membership or want to workout at home, you will have the option of kettlebell, dumbbell, or a body weight workouts. All workouts will be designed to keep your energy up, your metabolism humming, and save you time (all workouts will be 30 minutes or less, 4 days a week with optional exercises on the other days)!

  • My top 10 tools for navigating your nutrition

The nutrition is definitely the most challenging part for most of us. So I will be providing you with the guidelines to keep you on track so that you don’t have to stress about every little thing you eat. PLUS, a 3 day de-bloat for after those big meals. 😉

  • Weekly emails with nutrition & workout tips, recipes, and mindset tips

I’ll be sharing some of my fave holiday recipes, protein shakes, and mindset tips that have helped me stay fit AND festive.
